Kline Preston Publishing is an independent publisher of books and materials with an emphasis on English and Russian language legal and business texts.

Kline Preston Publishing was founded by G. Kline Preston, IV, an American attorney, who has over twenty years of business and legal experience in the Russian Federation and other former Soviet Republics.

Many of the legal texts are translated by linguists at Kline Preston Publishing and Kline Preston Law Group in collaboration with Mr. Preston in a team approach. This unique approach results in a superior linguistic product combining the experience and understanding of trained Russian linguists and the professional knowledge and insight of an experienced American attorney. The result is the finest legal publications in the world.

Kline Preston is an international attorney whose practice includes a wide range of areas including intellectual property, contracts, shareholder/ investor disputes and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance and defense, inter alia. He has lectured at Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations, МГИМО. He has addressed the Russian Senate (Совет Федерации) on the issue of immunity agreements; he has appeared on Voice of America, and nationwide radio in Russia on Echo Moscow. Mr. Preston has assisted in various legislative projects in Russia including the right to bear arms, immunity agreements and lobbying. Mr. Preston has tried over fifty (50) jury trials in the United States with much success ranging from acquittals in criminal trials including a first degree murder case acquittal to million-dollar-plus verdicts including most recently a $26 million dollar federal jury verdict in a securities fraud case.
